her character is her fate
A life-long attraction to mysteries greatly influenced my choice of profession. I enjoy figuring out what happened to a work of art and how I can restore it back to life.
LEAD BY EXAMPLE
CARE: EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
Show up, work intelligently and care about the work. By sticking to these simple mottos, I lead by example and expect my assembled crew of the best and brightest to work just as hard.
INVESTIGATE + RESEARCH
CONSIDER: ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL
Figuring out what is original and how to bring an antique back to life is the detective work I really enjoy. It's all in the details, and I've got my eye on them from beginning to end.
plan + plan some more
COMMUNICATE: LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND. SPEAK TO BE UNDERSTOOD
Being organized and having a good plan nurtures good work energy and sets realistic expectations. Clients can relax knowing there will be few, if any, surprises.
embrace technical artistry
CREATE: ETHICALLY RIGHT, LONG-LASTING WORK
As a Master Gilder, I know when to play it safe and when to stretch the rules. If working traditionally is the best route, that's the one I'll take. That said, I’m not afraid to suggest unusual methods and materials, if they produce the better result.
